Question 1: What made you get into Real Estate? What do you love best about working in real estate?

I got into real estate for a couple reasons, I was a new mom, and my career at the time was very time consuming (not that real estate isn’t), but I was leaving early in the morning and getting home late in the evening. That’s not how I wanted our life to be. I love real estate because it enables the life we wanted to live. We wanted to spend time with each other, our friends and family, and be able to do things on our timetable. I love that I get to meet new people, help people, and guide them during one of the biggest financial decisions they will ever make.

Question 2: What do you think makes you stand out from other real estate agents?

I think I’m different from other agents because I do business a little differently. I don’t like to pressure people, or situations. Buying and selling real estate is stressful, nobody needs to add to that.

Question 3: What does a day in the life of a real estate agent look like?

What does my day look like? That’s a loaded question. No two days are the same. But I try and start my day thinking through all my clients I currently am working with to make sure all loose ends are tied up, everything is scheduled as it should be, etc.

Question 4: What advice would you give to someone looking to become a real estate agent?

Real estate is not easy, so prepare yourself to work!

Question 5: How do you define “success”?

Success is whatever you make it. It’s something different for everybody. Success for me is knowing a client is happy with their purchase. Some days success is making sure I’ve got dinner on the table!

Question 6: When it comes to marketing your own business, what would you say are the hardest parts?

Marketing is hard for me because I am a somewhat private person. So putting myself out there in the public eye is kinda scary. But I want people to know real estate isn’t scary, or hard, it just helps when somebody can guide you.

Question 7: What made you choose CRoche Consulting?

I chose Caleb because I feel like he understood what I was going for with my marketing and how I wanted to present myself. I didn’t feel like I had to be somebody I wasn’t.
